The 74th annual Chillicothe Holiday Parade is Saturday, November 21st at 10:00 am. The theme this year is “Home For The Holidays!” Chamber of Commerce Director Crystal Narr says the selection of the Grand Marshal is complete and she has that announcement.
Narr says as Grand Marshal, they will be featured right at the start of the parade.
