A New London Missouri resident was arrested Sunday in Caldwell County. State Troopers arrested 32-year-old Kaylyn Powell for alleged speeding and on an Owens Police Warrant for an alleged registration violation. She was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center pending the posting of bond.
