Chillicothe Police Report For Tuesday

The Chillicothe Police Department report for Tuesday includes 90 calls for service.

1242 PM Officers responded to the 2900 block of Bel Air Drive to check the well-being of some children in the area. No children were found in the area.

2:54 PM Officers responded to the 100 block of 10th street for a suspicious vehicle. Officers made contact with the County Assessor who was taking pictures of properties.

4:36 PM Officers responded to the 1500 block of Springhill for a complaint of trespassing. Officers made contact with two subjects at the property. A man was told not to return to the residence.

5:49 PM Officers responded to the 500 block of Orchard Street for an animal complaint. Two dogs were taken to the animal shelter to get them out of the weather.

8:52 PM Officers spoke with a subject about her online merchant account being hacked. Officers advised the subject that they needed to contact the company to resolve those situations.

Officers also assisted motorists due to road conditions and responded to several fireworks violations.  The use of fireworks in the city limits is only allowed around the July 4th Holiday.  Fireworks are allowed outside the city limits.
