A Chillicothe man was added to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department’s most wanted list. Twenty-year-old Devin M Keithley is wanted for alleged probation violation
Keithly is wanted on warrants for alleged Probation Violation on a charge of Property Damage-1st degree. with bond set at $20,000 and for alleged Tampering with Motor Vehicle-1st degree bond set at $20,000.
Keithley had been arrested three times on the warrants, in April, October and November and released each time after posting bond.
Keithley is described as a white male, 5 foot 10 inches tall, with brown hair and brown eyes.
