The Livingston County Sheriff’s Department reported several incidents and arrests in the second half of January.
There were several investigations that resulted in no arrests and were determined to be civil matters.

32-year-old Tye Joseph Evans was arrested January 15th in Wheeling. The arrest was on a Caldwell County warrant for alleged Domestic Assault and Kidnapping.
37-year-old Christopher Lee Burton of Chillicothe was arrested January 20th alleged Violation of Bond Conditions on original charges of alleged Domestic Assault, Kidnapping, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Armed Criminal Action.
17-year-old Bobby Lear Sprouse of Bosworth was arrested January 20th on a Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Possession of Controlled Substance.
Mohamad Kdeimati of Illinois was arrested January 20th on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Appear on a speeding charge.
22-year-old Dakota Garrett Fredericks of Kirksville was arrested January 22nd on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Appear on a vehicle registration violation.
28-year-old Nicholas Allen Duckworth of Braymer was arrested January 26 on Livingston County warrants for alleged Failure to Appear on 2 counts of driving without a Valid License.
57-year-old Todd Michael Buss of Chillicothe was arrested January 29 on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Appear in Court on a charge of Driving While Revoked or Suspended.
31-year-old Ashley Dawn Brown of Ludlow was arrested January 31 was arrested on a Livingston County warrant for alleged Probation Violation
