While the State Legislature is on its mid-term break, Representative Rusty Black took the time to talk with KCHI about the issues he is facing at the state capital, both in committee and in his legislation. He says one of his committee assignments is Elementary & Secondary Education.
Black also talked about some of the legislation he filed. The first is House Bill 700 – dealing with Huffing.
He says if this makes it through the process and becomes law, it will likely be added to another piece of legislation.
