The Chillicothe FFA Chapter was awarded a Gold Emblem and received a Top Chapter Award at the Missouri FFA Convention. Chillicothe placed 14th out of 351 chapters. Advisor Randy Platner says this is an important award.
Platner says only 10 percent of state chapters receive a top chapter designation each year and Chillicothe works hard to be part of that group.
The Chillicothe Chapter members and teams received several other awards at the State Convention.
