The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 103 calls for service Tuesday. Some of the calls include:
12:33 pm, Officers assisted Animal Control in the 300 block of Edgerton on a reported violation of the number of cats being housed. Animals were seized.
12:55 pm, Officer out in the 400 block of Mack Street on a report of property damage.
3:52 pm, Officers checking on reported suspicious acting person in the 400 block of Polk Street, disturbing residents. The person located and warned on their actions.
6:44 pm, Officers reported to the 200 block of W. Business 36 Highway in reference to a reported disturbance in a business. Investigation revealed that one person had threatened another with a bladed weapon. The person was arrested for Assault with a Weapon and held at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.
