A 22-year-old Cowgill woman died after a head-on collision with a field sprayer in Ray County Tuesday morning. According to the Highway Patrol, Caitlin K Lake of Cowgill died at the scene. She was northbound on Highway 13 in Ray county and crossed the centerline, struck the field sprayer and both her vehicle and the sprayer overturned. Lake was ejected from her car. She was not wearing a safety belt. The driver of the sprayer was not injured.
