A Chillicothe man was injured in an accident east of Trenton Thursday. State Troopers report 31-year-old Derrick Norman of Chillicothe was taken to Wright Memorial Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. The report states the accident happened as Norman was westbound and began to slow for a farm tractor and was struck from behind by a vehicle driven by 39-year-old John Babbitt of Humphreys. The accident caused the Norman vehicle to go off the north side of the road and through a fence. Norman was wearing a safety belt, Babbitt was not.
