State Troopers arrested a Novinger man in Sullivan County Tuesday evening. Eighteen-year-old Tristian Gillespie of Novinger was arrested at about 7:40 pm for alleged speeding, no insurance, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was taken to the Sullivan County Jail, processed, and released.
