Missouri’s Secretary of State Jay Ashcroft will be in Chillicothe Thursday morning. Ashcroft and his staff will be visiting libraries in the area. The first stop is the Livingston County Library Main Branch continuing on to the Lillian DesMarias Youth Library. Ashcroft is expected to arrive at about 11:15 at the Main Branch and then the Lillian DesMarias Youth Library.
