Two were recently booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail for Livingston County. Sheriff Steve Cox says they are:
31-year-old Terrence A Turner was booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail to serve a 10-day sentence after a guilty plea on a charge of resisting or interfering with an arrest, detention, or stop. The incident occurred on April 24th. Turner was also ordered to pay total costs of $117.50
35-year-old Jerald Lee Potter of Chillicothe was arrested on September 23rd on a warrant for alleged Failure to Appear on three counts of non-support. Bond is set at $2,000 cash only.
