Two arrests by the Missouri Highway Patrol are in the report for Friday.
At about 6:00 pm in Livingston County, Troopers arrested 22-year-old Zachary A Moss of Illinois for alleged speeding, no seatbelt, no valid license, and on a Caldwell County warrant for alleged speeding. He was held pending the posting of bond.
At about 8:50 pm in Sullivan County, A Milan resident, 61-year-old Sarah A Gipe, was arrested for alleged DWI persistent offender. She was processed and released.
