Four recent bookings at the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail are reported by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
45-year-old Erick Nelson McKinney of Chillicothe was booked into the jail for alleged failure to register as a sex offender. Bond is set at $10,000
33-year-old Vernon W Hines of Avalon was booked into jail following an arrest for alleged possession of a controlled substance. He is held with bond set at $10,000
39-year-old James Lee Vail of Chillicothe was booked into jail to serve a 48-hour sentence after he plead guilty to a charge of DWI earlier in the month.
38-year-old Chad J McCormick of Brookfield was booked into the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail following his arrest in Cole County in a warrant for alleged tampering with a motor vehicle. His bond is set at $15,000
