One hundred twenty-six calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department on Wednesday. The Chillicothe Police Department report includes well-being checks, animals running loose, and continued investigations.
2:47 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a vehicle leaving the scene of a crash on Monroe St. Officers later located the vehicle and arrested the 49-year-old female driver for leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash. A Probation & Parole warrant was later obtained and the woman was transported to the Daviess-DeKalb County Regional Jail.
6:14 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 1300 block of N. Washington St. Officers responded and discovered the suspect had left.
