State Troopers report two arrests in the area counties.
Friday at about 9:45 am, Troopers in Linn County arrested 19-year-old Tamori A Morgan of Witchita, KS for alleged no valid license, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding. She was processed at the Brookfield Police Department and released.
Early Saturday morning in Sullivan County, Troopers arrested 62-year-old Kerry M Cochenour of Milan for alleged DWI and failing to maintain the right half of the roadway. He was held at the Sullivan County Jail.
