Chillicothe Police Report from 11/19 Activities

Chillicothe Police received 82 calls for service on Friday, November 19th.
Calls included:
8:45 am, Officers received a report of a stolen vehicle from the 300 block of Dickinson Street. Deputies later located the vehicle in the 400 block of Grandview Street. Two suspects were arrested on Tampering charges as well as the Delivery of a Controlled Substance. The male and female were transported to Daviess/DeKalb County Regional Jail, charged with the offenses, and were unable to post the bond.
1:24 pm, Officers responded to the 900 block of Third Street for a report of a theft. Offers took A statement and received information. The investigation is continuing.
1:47 pm, A Subject called the Police Department with questions in regards to the arrest of a family member. Officer took the call.
2:11 pm Officers responded to the 900 block of Third Street in Chillicothe for the report of a theft, A statement and report were taken.
2:55 pm Mental Health worker brought a subject to the police department to contact their guardian from another county. That county could not provide transport at the time and the subject was referred to the Community Resource Center.
3:46 pm, Officers reported to the 200 block of Brunswick for a report of a child missing that was accompanied by a dog. The child was located and transported home.
6:44 pm, Officers responded to the intersection of Polk Street and Elm Street for a report of a two motor vehicle crash. There were no injuries and information was received from all the parties involved. Both vehicles were towed from the scene. One driver received a citation for disobeying a stop sign.
11:52 pm, Subject called about receiving threats on social media. The person was advised to block the subject that is making the threats and monitor whether the threats continue.
