Livingston County Sheriff’s Report

Several arrests and incidents are in the report from the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.

November 27 at 4:35 p.m. LCSO responded to the 800 block of Cherry in Mooresville for a reported burglary and theft.  Investigation shows victim claims 3 pair of earrings and a Cameo pen were taken.  Investigation continues.

Most Wanted Updates:

November 29, 34-year-old Bradley S. Stubbs was arrested by Greene County authorities on Livingston County arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Appear in Court for alleged Non-Support – Total Arrears in Excess of 12 Monthly Payments.  He will be extradited at the earliest opportunity.

December 03, 22-year-old Eryka L. Bash was arrested by authorities in Clay County on a  Livingston County warrant for alleged Stealing $25,000 or more and Resisting Arrest/Detention/Stop Creating Substantial Risk of Serious Injury or Death to Any Person.  Bond set at $20,000 cash.  She will be extradited at the earliest opportunity.

November 23 at 3:12 p.m. deputies checked a vehicle at 83 in a 65 on US 36.  The Pennsylvania driver admitted she had a suspended driver’s license. The deputy noticed a drug odor from the vehicle and the owner/passenger appeared intoxicated on drug.  The stop resulted in the arrest of 31-year-old Stacia Marie Thornton of Harrisburg PA for alleged Speeding and Driving While Suspended.  The vehicle owner was cited for allowing a person to drive who had no legal right. The driver posted bond and was released.  A misdemeanor amount of marijuana was seized and will be destroyed upon court order.

Other Arrests:

November 24 at 5:05 p.m. 44-year-old Alicia Ann Smith of Chillicothe surrendered on an arrest warrant for alleged Failure to Appear in Court on original class D misdemeanor of No Auto Insurance.  Ms. Smith posted the $200 bond.

November 27 at 9:55 p.m. a deputy stopped a vehicle on Highway 65 and Route K for a traffic violation.  26-year-old Curtis J. Schrader of Chillicothe was arrested for alleged Driving While Suspended and Driving While Intoxicated-prior offender.  He was processed and released.

November 27 at 1:06 a.m. a deputy stopped a vehicle for turning violation and subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of 23-year-old Joseph Allen Crowe of Avalon for alleged Driving While Intoxicated.  He was processed and released.

November 28 LCSO arrested 36-year-old Abby Louise Cooley of Des Moines Iowa on a Missouri Probation/Parole warrant.  She was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail.

December 01 at 8:43 a.m. deputies arrested 41-year-old Sasha M. Campos of Hale on Livingston County warrant for alleged Failure to Appear in Court.  She posted bond and was released.
