The Chillicothe Police Department responded to 94 calls for service Tuesday. Some of the calls include:
10:38 am, A traffic stop was conducted at the intersection of Washington and Curtis Street. Officers found the passenger had multiple warrants for their arrest, including a parole warrant. That person was arrested and taken to Daviess/DeKalb County Regional Jail. A search of the vehicle located suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in the person’s belongings.
4:01 pm, Officers responded to the Probation and Parole office for an individual with a Caldwell County warrant. They were arrested and released to Caldwell County authorities.
5:01 pm, Officers assisted Livingston County authorities on a disturbance call with a report of gunshots in the 500 block of E. Polk Street. Investigation continuing by County authorities.
10:36 pm, Reported sound of gunshots in the area of the 500 block of St. Louis Street. Officers monitored and checked area.
