The Chillicothe City Council meets Monday to consider zoning changes, policy updates, and a survey contract. The meeting begins at 5:30 pm at the CMU office.
The agenda begins with finances.
- The YMCA will present a report of the contract services.
- The Codes Officer will present the request to update the zoning for a portion of the old prison property on Third Street to R-3 Residential.
- The council will consider accepting policy changes on the Missouri DWI Grant.
- The City Clerk will present the contract for the topographical survey of the new industrial park.
- The Clerk will also present a list of items to be declared surplus for disposal.
A Closed executive session is planned to follow the regular meeting.
