3:39 pm, Officers responded to an accident on the Eastbound off-ramp to US 65. Three motor vehicles were involved. Two of the three vehicles were towed and there were no reported injuries.
8:43 pm, Officers made a traffic stop at 400 block of Washington St. During the stop Officers developed probable cause for a search of the vehicle and driver. The report states the driver resisted Officers and was arrested. The 21-year-old was taken to the Chillicothe Police Department, processed, and released with a citation for resisting arrest/detention.
