The Chillicothe Planning and Zoning commission and the Board of Adjustments will meet March 7th at City Hall.
At 5:30, Planning and Zoning will conduct a public hearing on a Conditional Use Permit to operate a home-based dog training business at 1208 Norwood Terrace. The request was filed by Nicholas Leadbetter.
At 6:00 pm, A public hearing will be conducted by the Board of Adjustments for a request for a Variance at 116 Graves Street. Lenny Anderson from Anderson Monuments has requested to build a 40 x 80 building up to the property line.
Both meetings are open to the public.
