Two arrests in Livingston County were reported by State Troopers Saturday. At about 1:00 pm, Troopers arrested 26-year-old Kristena J Wright and 23-year-old Hoyce D Long, both of Van Buren, MO for alleged possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of synthetic narcotic. Both were taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail on 24 hour holds.
