The Chillicothe R-II School District has worked hard in the past couple of years to build the district reserves. Superintendent Dr Dan Wiebers says the District is in very good financial condition.
Wiebers says that will allow the district to look at taking care of staff and other necessities in the district.
He says the board will be cautious to not use any one-time funds for salaries
