SILVER ALERT Issued For Chillicothe Man UPDATE – FOUND SAFE

UPDATE:  Mr Depee was found safe and taken to Hedrick Medical Center and reunited with family.  His vehicle was located in a field south of Chillicothe, where he had been through the night.

A Silver Alert has been issued for an 81-year-old Chillicothe man Stanley Depee.

Stanley Depee is described as a white male, 81-years-old,  5 feet 9 inches tall, 159 pounds, with gray hair, green eyes, and wearing a black winter hat with ear flaps, a brown coat, flannel shirt, blue jeans, and black western boots. He was driving a Red and White 1994 Chevrolet Suburban.  He has been diagnosed with dementia and left without his medication.

Chillicothe officers report Depee left his home on Clay Street Friday at about 7:30 pm in the suburban, to travel a short distance but never arrived and did not return home.  The report states the vehicle does not have headlights.

Depee was last seen at 1414 Clay Street in Chillicothe.
