Chillicothe Municipal Utilities officials report customers have been receiving phone calls claiming they are behind on their utility bills. Chillicothe Municipal Utilities says they DO NOT call customers who are delinquent. They will place a door hanger as a reminder or send notices in the mail.
If you receive these calls they can be ignored or you can contact the Chillicothe Police Department.
