After the Missouri Legislature completes the operation budget for the state of Missouri and it is ready to send to the governor, other budget bills need to be finished. Representative Rusty Black says that includes what are called Re-Appropriations.
Black says that is on continued construction. He says they also have to budget for the new construction projects.
The state also needs to handle the ARPA Funds. That stands for American Rescue Plan Act.
