A Utica man was sentenced to 90 days in jail and 2 years probation after a guilty plea on charges of DWI – Prior Offence in Livingston Court. Twenty-seven-year-old Blaze Morgan Hussey was taken to the Daviess Dekalb Regional Jail to serve 5 days of the 90-day sentence. The remainder of the jail time is suspended.
