A Utah man was arrested by State Troopers in Caldwell County Wednesday afternoon. At about 4:00 pm, Troopers arrested 35-year-old Brent E Blank of Alpine, Utah for alleged DWI with drugs, speeding, and failing to maintain a single lame. He was taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
