As temperatures for the early part of next week will climb to the upper 90’s, make sure you are ready for the summer heat.  Ann Burchett from the Livingston County Health Center says the first thing to remember is to keep yourself hydrated.

Burchett says drink plenty of fluids.

She says when possible, try to plan your activities for earlier in the day to avoid the hottest part of the day.

If you need to be outside, take breaks, find some shade and again… keep hydrated.
