28-year-old Zachary W Douglas of Utica returns to Caldwell County court Tuesday for arraignment on numerous charges, including four counts of alleged furnishing pornographic material to a minor, alleged sexual misconduct, and alleged sexual misconduct with a child under the age of 15. The case has been assigned to Judge Brent Elliot and is scheduled for 9:00 am at the courthouse in Kingston.
