State Troopers made three arrests in the area counties Thursday.
At about 2:35 pm in Sullivan County, Troopers arrested 36-year-old Charlie A McGowan of Humphreys on two counts of alleged delivery of a controlled substance, 2 counts of alleged unlawful use of a weapon, alleged possession of drug paraphernalia, and no insurance.
Also at 2:35 pm in Sullivan County, Troopers arrested 32-year-old Laticia D Smith of Browning for alleged possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of delivery of a controlled substance.
Smith and McGowan were taken to the Sullivan County Jail.
At about 9:45 pm in Caldwell County, Troopers arrested 36-year-old Peter Y MacLeod of Winnetka, IL for speeding and on a Shelby County warrant for alleged failure to appear on a warrant for an alleged traffic violation. He posted bond and was released.
