The sale of a lot in the Christison Addition owned by the Chillicothe R-II School District is complete. The school board approved the sale to Justin Tucker in a closed executive session on May 12th. The sales price was $30,000, less commission and fees of $2,537.
The lot is one of three the district could use for Building Trades homes or be sold at their discretion.
