A Chillicothe teen had moderate injuries when the ATV he was riding was struck by a woman from Dawn. State Troopers report 18-year-old Garrett B Anderson of Chillicothe was northbound, riding an ATV through the intersection of Route U and Carroll County Road 231. A pick-up driven by 60-year-old Corena A Spencer of Dawn was westbound and failed to yield at a stop sign and hit the ATV. Anderson was taken to Hedrick Medical Center with moderate injuries, Spencer was not injured.
