Chillicothe Police Report For Friday

One hundred twenty-two calls for service were handled by the Chillicothe Police Department Friday.

03:16 a.m., Officers responded to the 1500 block of Calhoun St. for two men attempting to break into a vehicle.  The men fled the area on foot before officers arrived.  No damage to the vehicle was reported.

09:28 a.m., Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Ryan Ln. for a report of theft. The investigation is ongoing.

09:34 a.m.,  a two vehicle crash was reported near US 36 and Mitchell Ave.  No injuries were reported.

03:14 p.m., a traffic stop located at Third St. and Dickinson St. led to the driver being arrested for alleged revoked license and expired plates.  The driver was processed and released.

03:25 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a two-vehicle non-injury traffic crash in the 300 block of Mansur St.  a southbound vehicle struck a parked vehicle.  The driver was cited for failing to drive on the right half of the roadway and driving with an expired license.

07:33 p.m., A 2 vehicle accident was reported in the 400 block of S Washington St. The accident occurred on private property.
