The resurfacing of more than 14 miles of US 24, in Carroll County, which was scheduled to begin Monday has been POSTPONED. The Missouri Department of Transportation says the contractor, Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc. announced the delay Friday afternoon and the NEW start date for the project has not been announced.
