Brush Management Program Offered In Unionville

Brush Management for Wildlife and Working Lands will be offered by the Missouri Department of Conservation on September 17th in Unionville.  The program will be held with Missouri Quail Forever as a field day and workshop.  They will explore a variety of methods to control woody encroachment on CRP, pasture and hay land, and open fields.

Topics will include: Treatment & Trimming, Best Methods for brush management, and benefits of brush management.

Registration is required and can be done by following a link with this story.  The program is free.  It begins at 9:00 am at 19847 Highway 5.  Lunch will be provided.  If you have questions, call 660-425-2770.
