One-hundred-nine calls for service were handled by Chillicothe Police Department Thursday. Some of the calls include:
3:27 pm, Officer stopped a vehicle near the Jct. of US 36 and US 65 for a traffic violation. Investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia. The 37-year-old was arrested, processed, and transported to the Grundy County Jail.
4:03 pm, an individual turned themselves at the police department on 2 Municipal warrants…One for Driving while Suspended or Revoked and one for Following Too Closely. The 32-year-old was processed and released after posting bond…
