Livingston Co. Sheriff’s Report

The report of incidents and arrests by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department since mid-August includes illegal dumping and an assault.

August 28 LCSO investigated illegal dumping.  Investigation resulted in the discovery of the possible owner of the illegally dumped items.  Contact was made with that person.  The issue has been resolved and property cleaned.

September 06 at 12:39 a.m. deputies responded to a location in Dawn for domestic assault and property damage.  The investigation shows an adult mentally disabled person had forced entry into the home during an argument and assaulted an adult relative.  The suspect taken to a safe location away from the relative.

Arrests:

August 25 at 11:40 p.m. a deputy made a stop on U.S. 65 at Highway 190 for expired license plates.  The stop resulted in the arrest of 42-year-old Ashley Nicole Gauthier of Chillicothe for alleged No Valid Driver’s License (expired since 2009.  Gauthier was processed and released.

August 28 at 6:36 p.m. LCSO stopped a vehicle on U.S. 36 near Highway 65 for 84 in a 65.  The stop resulted in the arrest of 49-year-old Samuel E. Sparks of Kansas City, for alleged excessive speed and Driving While Revoked/Suspended.  He was processed and released.

September 07 at 3:30 a.m. LCSO stopped a semi for traveling 84 in a 65 on U.S. 36 near Mooresville. 30-year-old Wendy Garcon of Tampa Florida was arrested for alleged Operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle without a CDL and excessive speed.  She was processed and released.

September 08 LCSO arrested 22-year-old Anessa N. Cox of Brookfield during a traffic stop on U.S. 36 on an outstanding Linn County arrest warrant for alleged failure to appear on an original traffic offense of no insurance.  She posted bond and was released.

September 08 about 4:15 p.m. LCSO made a traffic stop on U.S. 36 for a vehicle traveling 86 in a 65 on U.S. 36 near Utica.  The driver was identified as 24-year-old Isiah Jermon Jenkins of Brookfield, who was arrested on a Clinton County warrant for alleged violation of Judge’s orders on felony drug distribution, with no bond allowed.  He was transferred to the Clinton County Sheriff’s custody.

September 08 LCSO served Livingston County arrest warrant on 37-year-old Jamie Ann Glenn of Kansas City for alleged 3 counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance.  Bond set at $5,000 cash.

September 08 at 11:26 p.m. a deputy checked a vehicle on U.S. 65 near Highway H at 73 in a 60. The stop resulted in the arrest of 52-year-old Terri Dawn Miller of Hale for alleged Driving While Revoked.  She was processed and released
