An offender housed at the Chillicothe Correction Center died on February 4th. 78-year-old Barbara Banning was serving a 25-year sentence for second-degree murder and first-degree arson in Lawrence County. She began serving her sentence in January of 2006.
Banning died of apparent natural causes.
