Two bookings into the Caldwell County Detention Center on Monday are reported by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department.
At 2:50 pm, Livingston County Deputies booked 37-year-old Billy Ray Hatfield of Chillicothe for alleged failure to obey a judge’s order on alleged possession of a controlled substance and on 3 counts of alleged unlawful use of a weapon. Bond is set at $20,000, cash only.
At about 3:15 pm, Hamilton Police booked 42-year-old Randy Ray Campbell of Chillicothe for alleged failure to obey a judge’s order on charges of alleged Possession of a controlled substance and Tampering with physical evidence in felony prosecution. He is held with bond set at $10,000 cash only.
