The construction manager for the Chillicothe Police facility projects will be Crossland Construction. City Administrator Roze Frampton explained to the council the responsibilities of the role in building the facility.
Manage the construction, hire subs, and could bid on some of the work.
With the approval of the Construction Manager, Frampton says they can begin the process of cost analysis, determining the cost of construction, and begin the bidding process.
All of the bids by Thanksgiving.
The construction phase of the building is expected to be 8-10 months.
