A power outage in Chillicothe just after 1:00 pm Friday left 2340 customers without power for a short period. CMU Electric Services Director Colton Reeter says the outage was caused by a tree limb that came down on the 69 KV power line along the Country Club Golf Course. Power was restored to the majority of the customers after 4 minutes, with about 162 customers out for several additional minutes.
