Chillicothe Police Report for Monday

Chillicothe Police Officers conducted traffic stops, business checks and responded to 96 calls for service on Monday.

At 7:11 a.m., Officers took a report of a runaway juvenile in the 100 block of Webster St. The juvenile was later located and returned to their parent(s).  The incident will be forwarded to the Livingston County Juvenile Office.

At 12:28 p.m., Officers arrested a 55-year-old female and 44-year-old male for possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of N. Washington St.  The female and male were processed at the Police Department and transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center (CCDC) and placed on a 24-hour hold pending the filing of formal charges.

At 12:49 p.m., Officers took a report of property damage in the 400 block of Locust St.  The investigation is ongoing.

At 6:18 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a two vehicle non-injury motor vehicle crash at N. Washington and Polk St.’s.  Officers responded and a report was taken.

At 7:17 p.m., Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 300 block of Elm St.  Officers responded and discovered the incident was verbal in nature.  The people separated.
