Chillicothe Mayor Theresa Kelly says the city wants to seek a settlement with Taylor West in the dispute over the placement of her manufactured home at 97 Garr Field Avenue. Kelly says this was discussed with the City Council.
Mistakes were made by the city staff, and the council has
directed the city attorney to possibly make a settlement.
Kelly says as of last Friday, she is unaware of any further progress.
West says her attorney has not heard from the city.
