In recognition of American Heart Month, the Livingston County Health Center is offering free walk-in cholesterol and hemoglobin A1C testing on Tuesdays and Thursdays in February. The testing is offered from 8:00 to 10:00 am, for Livingston County residents. Ann Burchett from the health center talked about the tests.
Requires fasting for 8-12 hours before the blood draw.
The health center will be offering preventive screening throughout the year.
Screenings will be offered in the even months.
