A Moberly woman wanted on Chillicothe warrants for alleged Distribution of a controlled substance was arrested out of state. Thirty-four-year-old Andrea Megan Ethel Perea is awaiting extradition with bond set at $15,000 cash only.
The Probable cause statement indicates Perea was allegedly attempting to smuggle drugs into the Chillicothe Prison by way of a drop at a local park in late October and early November.
