Zoning Changes For Former School Properties

Requests for zoning changes are on the agenda for the Planning and Zoning Board when they meet on Monday, May 5^th.  The meeting will start at 5:30 pm at City Hall.

The meeting begins with the election of new Board Officers.

Henry and Amy Rupert have requested a zoning change for the property that had been Field School.  The change is from P-1 – Public District to R-3 – Mult-family Residential.

Scott Allen and Joy Lynne Wallace Anderson have requested a zoning change for the property that had been Dewey School.  The change is from P-1 – Public District to R-3 – Mult-family Residential.

The meeting is open to the public.
