A portion of Paul Street in Chillicothe closed for a couple weeks as the contractor works on tubes and drainage. Chillicothe Street Superintendent Jeff Gillespie says M&M Utilities will begin the work on Paul St from East Jackson, south to East Herriman. The work is scheduled to begin this week and that work will include tubes and storm drains.
Gillespie says the contractor has also opened Hickory Street, south of Third Street. He says the wok on Hickory is not complete, but the street will be open for up to a month before work resumes on the curb and gutter and drainage project.
